Debra Smith is our designated broker at Home Destination Real Estate.  She works in the Real Estate industry supporting the company’s agents as they meet needs of the relocating employee both inbound to the Pacific Northwest and outbound.  Prior to that, Debra worked as a mortgage loan officer in the Bellevue area for 10 years.  She brings management and organizational skills to the array of services that Home Destination provides.

Debra and her husband have a son and a daughter attending college.  Both are accomplished alpine ski racers.  During the summer, she and her family enjoy cruising on their boat to the San Juan Islands and British Columbia, and in the winter, on the ski slopes.

Jonathan Fink, a licensed attorney, changed directions in 1991 to start his first destination services business.  Since that time, he has developed a real estate based delivery model for an array of services such as area tours, rental finding, international settling-in services as well as buying/selling real estate.  Jonathan is a licensed real estate broker and has received the CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) and GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) certifications from the Employee Relocation Council.

Jonathan enjoys many activities with his family, including travel, music, boating, biking and hiking (their chocolate lab’s personal favorite).

Shannon Vallentyne is a lifetime resident of the Seattle area.  She has been in the mortgage lending and real estate industry for the past 20 years, focusing most recently on working with local and relocating clients.  Her knowledge of the area and surrounding communities has been an asset in helping her clients find the neighborhood that most suits their needs.

Shannon has a son in high school, focusing on glass-blowing and anything outdoors.  She serves on the board of her homeowners association and the Overlake Service League, an organization helping families in need in the greater Bellevue area.

Living and working in Seattle for nearly fifteen years, Keith Standley offers an all encompassing understanding of the city, and insight into each individual neighborhood.  He has been involved in the housing market in the local area for nearly ten years.  Starting out in household remodel work and finish carpentry, he transitioned into real estate and relocation services, where he has been for the past six years.

Keith has a BA in Anthropology from the University of Washington, with a focus on subsistence and medicine.  In Keith’s spare time, he can usually be found kayaking in the San Juan Islands and British Columbia, or backcountry skiing in the Cascade Mountains.

Alicia Enos is a 20 year resident of the Seattle/Bellevue area and has spent her career in sales and marketing in Logistics and the Real Estate Industries.  Her experience as a listing agent and buyer’s agent in Seattle and Eastside emphasizes residential resale and new construction.  Alicia has earned the CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional) designation from the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties and is also a Condominium Conversion Specialist.

Alicia has two daughters in Bellevue Schools and is an active volunteer and fundraiser in the Bellevue Schools Foundation.  She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alabama
