• AREA TOURS
  An area tour is used most often to introduce a job candidate or transferee to a new area. We visit popular sites such as the Space Needle and Pike Place Market as well as combine examination of specific areas and properties (rental and/or purchase). Area tours are billed by the hour.
  
   

• RENTAL ASSISTANCE
  The prospective renter receives much more than just a list of properties! We begin with a thorough needs analysis so we can better understand what the client wants in a rental. We then research all available sources in order to find the right rental, including the NWMLS, a variety of property management sites, classified ads, etc. Then at the arranged day and time our expert tour specialist picks the client up to begin the tour of available properties. Rental tours are billed in half or full day sessions, and a client can expect to see at least 5-6 properties during a half day tour (this number varies based on renter’s parameters, time spent at property, etc.).
  
   
• INTERNATIONAL SETTLING-IN SERVICES
  Generally, these tours include either or both of the previous tours, i.e. area and rental. In addition, we assist a foreign national in obtaining a Social Security Number (card), bank account, and a driver’s license (DMV). We also customarily help a client buy or lease a car, purchase furniture, or perform any other task needed for the client to get settled. International services are billed in multiple day sessions.
  
   
• HOME BUYING
