Our work with relocation management companies (RMC’s) and companies that are hiring talent is personal and professional. Understanding timelines and relocation policy helps to makes the process seamless. We specialize in assisting the relocating individual who is new to the area, unfamiliar with commute times, neighborhoods, school and needs to get settled into the new area. Our team has relocation industry knowledge and experience to ensure a successful move to your new city and transition to your new home.
Home Finding
Searching for a home can be daunting and confusing. We carefully listen and research available properties that fit the client’s wants and needs. Our knowledge of the local area market, locations, schools and trends helps ensure that the perfect home is found. We have the experience to to help our clients navigate every aspect of purchasing or renting a home.
Area Orientation Tours
Those unfamiliar with the area and prospective candidates receive personalized area and housing market information to ensure they feel comfortable in making an informed decision. During the tour, we will discuss neighborhood qualities, share school information, transportation/commute times, activities of interest as well as pricing information on homes and apartments. Half day tours are typically between 2-3 hours.
Destination Services
Relocating is a unique experience. Our Destination services help your transferee transition faster. Our professionals assist with obtaining government documentation including Social Security Number (card), driver’s license, and setting up bank accounts. We customarily help a transferee with resources for buying or leasing a car, furniture, obtain insurance coverage, locating doctors, hair stylists, pet care, etc. as needed for the client to get settled. These services are truly custom tailored to whatever our client needs to get settled in their new home.
